JLC 2012 in RI

Great photo album Ken! A fun event to remember for sure...again, great to put faces with names and meet other members.

Those were great to see, looks like it was a good time for all, so glad to see contractors getting together this way!

Ken

The picture of Sedge pointing at the camera is the best of the whole batch...dude is a rock star! Cracked me right up. He actually made a sledge hammer out of wood at his booth table, and we finish sanded it and dubbed it the "Sedge Hammer". I am hoping we got a picture of that somewhere.

That's only because we all live hundreds of miles away from each other and aren't competition!  Lmao... Just messin....it was a blast getting to meet people and see familiar faces (and pants) again!

Totally agree! I attended a recent paint conference in Las Vegas and met people I only knew online! The Festool booth there was great!

Scott, I saw that, but I didn't specifically take a picture of it.  Shane can always take a picture of it at work.  I'm sure it's on someone's desk now.  [scratch chin] [poke]

+1 on Steve!  I hope all is well with you!  I didn't even know Christian was on the bill to come!  Everybody that wasn't there was missed!  Ha

Christian wasn't, but a lot of us still wanted to meet him.

I didn't take too many pictures, but here are a couple and a couple more will come later.

You know Kreg is gonna frame the one with the girls of FastCap!

He already made a bead board billboard on Interstate 95 of Ellie, himself and Jenny.  [big grin]

I would like to say thank you to Kreg for taking myself and other newbies and FOG members at JLC under his wing and doing everything possible to make the time more enjoyable.  He didn't need to do that.

Also, thanks for my beadboard!

Peter

Just thought I'd mention, for those people who thought about attending the Festool Connect event but didn't,  Festool put on a really nice show, with great people, great food and great prizes -- shirts, syslites, safety glasses and more all given out.  You should have come!

Unfortunately I didn't get decent pictures of the SurFix finish applicator set to post.

Hopefully they'll have one again next year or even better, another event at FOGfest this year?   [poke] HINT HINT Festool USA
