This position will verify through collected information that dealers are recommending, promoting, and driving the end-user to purchase the right tools and accessories for their applications. In turn, there will be improved customer satisfaction and less product returns.

This is a nice touch. You are given the performance standard in the job description. If the returns do not go down, you go out?

On the positive side, according to the skill set required, you will never be expected to take more than 20 lbs of grief in any one phone call.

Well, I'm not the guy doing the hiring, but the job listing specifies Lebanon for the location. I'm not sure if they would consider a candidate who can telecommute or not for this position.
