Kapex 120 how to align upper fences?

Hello everyone,

today I checked squareness of my KS120 fences and especially the left-side sliding fence is quiet awful. The way I see it, there's no way to adjust the alignment here? I can push it a bit more towards me when tightening the excenter, but that doesn't change the fact that it's tipping to the back. So adding sacrificial fences to it, doesn't really make sense at this point.

Buy a replacement fence? Or glue a shin to the top part?

I lapped the front sliding rail a bit and it seems to be better already. But the table itself also isn't flat, so I think I'm chasing my tail here.
