Just purchased the 120. Is the standard blade ok to cut Aluminium 20/80 or do I need to invest in the Specific Al cutting blade. I only need to do a half dozen cuts?

I don't recommend trying to cut non ferrous metals with the standard kapex blade. You risk kickback and other horrible things. You'll need to invest in a TCG Triple chip grind blade which is a more shouldered tooth. You can use the blade for laminate, lexan, Plexiglas.

I really like the Amana blades for the money.

Oshlun SBFT-260068A 260mm 68 Tooth FesPro Non Ferrous TCG Saw Blade with 30mm Arbor for Festool Kapex KS 120https://www.amazon.com/dp/B004IYJKVY/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_T3C.BbHQYBGTE

There's one that's pretty reasonable. I have no experience with this one.

For wood and soft plastic only.

Festool offers an Aluminum/Plastic Saw Blade with triple chip (TC) trapezoid teeth.

I buy my blades from Toolstoday......................Amana/AGE, in the past I've bought industrial blades fro Freud.  Amana's Blukote blades are amazing, I no longer use WD-40 as a lube unless I'm cutting 3/8"+ aluminum.
