kapex armature is toast

one of my early kapex's has a cook armature can i get this part cant seem to get a responce from service  ???

I just tried to find it on EKAT and it appears to be messed up. When I go to where the KAPEX should be, all I find is the MFT & UG?

There's be a problem with the EKAT for several days. I have been working with Germany to get it resolved since they administer the site.

PS - I had contacted Lance via PM to assist him.

shane thanks for your help on this matter i received an armature today it took only two hours to replace and is working perfectly now.thanks
