So I noticed my fence was not square while cutting a board. Problem is it's just on one side, and the body is one piece. I tried emailing Festool, I got a response but after sending pictures response stopped.

Sorry that looks like your saw is off. Give service a call about getting it repaired. They should be able to take care of you at 1-888-337-8600.

Let me know if you have trouble reaching someone or if you need any additional help.

I am not speaking for Festool here.  There are fence mounting bolts that if you loosen them on the "bad side" might release tension and allow it to come into plane.  Once loosened it might also be able to force that side into position.  My recollection is that has worked for some here.

If that is an aluminum framing square, they have been known to be bowed. I would try to check it with a known straight edge.

Aluminum or not, I've not seen any framing square that far off at the edge, some bow at the flat maybe.

It's the fence, resetting it might be better with more a precise edge but even setting it to his square would be beneficial.

My Makita  miter saw was  off like that.
Just loosened the  securing  bolts  and  there  was enough play  to allow it to be  aligned  perfectly straight  again.
The designs look very similar.

Have this saw about 10 years. Pushing heavy stock  against  the fence  caused  the  alignment  issue  and also a few kick backs  when the blade snagged  in bowed lumber.
