Kapex guard

Hey guys my kapex guard keeps sticking in the upright position and not falling down after a cut, I cut loads of mdf so I'm thinking the fine dust is clogging it up,but I don't want too start taking the guard off and springs pop everywhere then I'm goosed. It's just back from Festool uk because it wasn't square and the laser was wobbly. It's only 1 month old aswell  [mad] any advice ?

Do you have a compressor ? Get in there with a fine jet of air and clean all the muck out.
