Kapex KS-120 and the Kapex KS-120EB

Without doing alot of research what is the difference between a KS-120 and the KS-120 EB?

Nothing. They are the same. "EB" is just the longer version of the name, which means it has electronics and a blade brake. There's only one model of the Kapex in the US/Canada.
