Kapex KS 120

Hi,
I have a KS 120 miter saw and noticed that on the slides for the saw one side has 1 linear bearing but the other has 2 linear bearing.  Does anyone know the reason for this, Festool had no idea.

I would guess three are enough to stabilize the head against rotating on any axis.

More than three points creates the possibility of over constraining a system. This would especially be true in a high rate manufacturing environment where your are trying to yield the highest precision without major measuring/adjustment/shimming to bring a machine into alignment.
