Kapex laser not working

I have a one month old kapex and the automatic laser light stopped working.  It works if I push the little green button in the back, but, not automatically.  Any suggestions?

When you plug the kapex into an outlet the lasers don't come on until you press the green button. The lasers will stay on as long as you use the saw but if you don't use the kapex for about 30 minutes the laser will shut off, and you'll have to press the green button to get the lasers back on.

I thought the lasers were supposed to come on automatically when you pressed the trigger.

No    noautomatic! [laughing]
Just like Dave said, you have to turn the laser on by pressing the little green button.
