Kapex No Power No Lasers

Hello everyone, my Kapex all of sudden stopped working yesterday. It was working perfectly well and just next moment motor would not start and lasers went off. No smoke, no sparks. The saw is outside warranty now, I bought it when it was just released in the USA. Has anyone experienced the same problem and what would be a problem, any help would be appreciated. Tried to contact Festool few times today, but was diverted to voice mail. I left a message, but nobody contacted me, seems will be frustrating experience to get talking to someone at Festool.
