Kapex out of square

I think my Kapex got knocked around enough to cause it to go out of square.  I'm assuming that's what caused it, but either way, it is out.  I've tried following tutorials on how to get it back in, but I am not doing it properly, it seems.  Is there a better way than sending it back in (it's out of warranty, I believe)?  I bought it online, so I don't have an in person relationship with any local dealers...

Give the service folks a call. Be ready to explain to them what the "exact" problem is. They may be able to walk you through the adjustments to make.
