Kapex promotion coming?

I was at Austins Hardwood in Santa Ana this weekend and it was mentioned that Festool was going to be having a special on the Kapex and it's accessories in February - -10% off.  Any thruth to this rumor?

Have seen some other mentions of it on the FOG (http://festoolownersgroup.com/festool-tools-accessories/new-festool-promotion/), but haven't come across anything official. Some people thought it was mid-January, but that's already here and nothing so far.

Has Festool ever done a promotion like that before? If so, does it normally indicate a new version is coming?

Not really. The last promotion, if I remember correctly, was a 10% discount on Domino and accessories.
