Kapex stand

I am currently building up my new woodshed.  I am putting my kapex in between two counters, and eventually I'd like to build a fence in the middle of those countertops that I can flip upside down and make a flat surface, kind of like a split top rubio.  My  question is, has anyone ever made a new cabinet for their kapex that allows them to leave the ug cart brackets in place?  I was thinking of making something with tubes that the brackets can sit on and make it level with my countertops.  I only have the cabinets and countertop for one side so far, just trying to get ideas.  Thanks!
