Hi. I’m new here and new to Festool products in general. I bought the kapex in Jan or feb and so far I’m really pleased with my decision. But a few weeks ago I was using it on a small job cutting baseboard. I finished a cut and released the trigger but the saw stayed running. After playing with the trigger a few times it shut off. Then just today I was cutting some crown and the same thing happened.
Also, today, it seems to have developed a grinding noise when beveling to the left. But only between 42 - 45 degrees.
Just wondering if anyone else has had either of these things happen.
