Kapex + UG Stand combo delivery and repair issues. Should I return?

I recently bought the Kapex plus stand combo set and it was delivered on 10/28. Unfortunately the box was really beaten up by FedEx and once I had a chance to take out the saw I noticed the styrofoam inside was broken, the deck was no longer flat, and there were chips in paint from the miter finder being thrown around. Also, as I was checking the UG stand the joints are all rusty.  The store was super friendly and had a Festool case opened for me and I shipped out the saw with the expectation that the saw would be good as new. The store also informed me that they will have to escalate the stand to Festool as they were not sure how to proceed with the replacement since the combo SKUs are tied together.

Fast forward to today and I get the saw back shipped via UPS and it's double boxed. The boxes looked in great shape, but as I opened it I noticed the same piece of broken styrofoam as the first shipment. Now the saw looks like they used it to make cuts as the blade is now covered in saw dust and my lasers no longer work. I also have no updates in regards to the rusty UG stand. I'm getting pretty close to the 30 day money back guarantee. Should I just return the entire saw or ride it out and wait to see if Festool is going to fix everything?
 
The shipping issue with the Kapex is infamous (notorious is a more fitting word). The packaging is designed to be handcarried -- nicely -- by the saw owner to his or her car. Shipping it via a courier is a bet at best. It's a luck thing, that's. The weight is part of the problem; the poorly designed packaging is the other part.

I would return it, too, as Birdhunter said. 
 
Ughh, I was afraid this would be the response. I don’t understand how all the other combo sets that were mainly sold online and shipped made it. The sale for the combo set has expired and none of my local woodcrafts have the saw in stock. :'(
 
Mine was  beat up too.  The box the saw was in had a 6" hole in it. Foam corner was broken and protractor was bouncing around loose inside the box.  I found the allen key, but wonder if there was any other parts in there that may have fallen out.
So outside of the saw, protractor, and allen key and owners manual are there any other parts that should be in the big saw box? 

I am digging dirt on a construction project and just have not had time to check it closer.  Trying to work between rains and ran short of play time to check the saw.   
 
So is Festool not willing to replace your saw? You said they sent the same one back right? I ask because I got my Kapex set recently and my tables were quite a bit off which I know is a common issue. I’m waiting to see what they will do about it. I hope I don’t have to send it in just to get the same saw back.
 
The store basically said I’d have to return it or send it to Festool for repair. The saw, stand, and wings SKU are all tied together. They cannot break it up and replace just the saw. I’m not sure how they’re getting around the rusty stand though. I chose the repair option since it was pretty  tough finding a set still for sale. They replaced some parts and made adjustments, but I did not get a new saw. I’m pretty sure the right side table is still still a tiny bit out of level as my flat edge rocks a little. I can’t really expect much better.
