Kapex Underframe Extension Wing Storage

Please share with me your storage solutions for the Kapex Underframe extension wings. Very brittle sling provided broke with minimal abuse and I don't have much space to have the wings in the case sit on the ground horizontally. Do any of you have innovative or creative storage solutions? I know I could keep the saw folded down and have the wings rest on the stand but, I prefer to keep the saw set up in its upright position for quick cuts.
