kapex vertical bevel

Just received my Kapex last week and have not really used it much, but today watching "Sledge" he was showing  all about the saw and he showed how nice the vertical bevel adjustment is and it was moving left and right with little effort, mine makes a scraping noise. Is there an adjustment?

Maybe it'd help if you have someone move the bevel while you get close to the back of the saw to locate where the noise comes from, or what gets hit during the movement.
