Kapex won't start

Bought my KB120 just over a month ago and has been perfect - until today. It was working one moment and then the next would not switch on. The laser is still working so there is power.  Switch fault?

You've not registered what part of the world you are in, so not easy to advise on contact details, but you're probably best giving Festool Service a call to discuss this especially if the saw is only a month old.

Sorry to ask but since you're new to the saw, did you check that the FastFix switch is in the correct position? The green dial to lock the blade, in case you're not familier

Thanks for your replies, guys. Garry, I'm in the UK and as luck would have it I live only 20 mins from the UK Festool service centre so I took it up there and should have it back today.

Brandon - fair comment! I did wonder if that might be the problem but it made no difference on or off unless there's some electronic link up that failed when I turned it on. Still discovering helpful bits on the saw that I wasn't aware of!
