Like Tom said, 5 gallons is typical unit of distribution.  I found a Sherwin Williams branch in Lithia Springs, GA that will pour and ship 1 gallon for about $90.  I ordered a gallon of "dull rubbed effect" today. http://www.sherwin-williams.com/store-locator/product-finishes-facility/lithia-springs/ga/4302  Tell them Rob Gibson sent you. I don't get anything from referrals.  I am just curious to see if anyone found this useful next time I place an order.

All of the part numbers for the various sheens are listed on the upper right of the TDS. be aware only MRE comes in gallons, all other sheens and the Sanding Sealer comes in 5 gallon buckets.

There are some commercial stores that can pour off and relabel gallons, they are few and far between.

According to my rep, the Medium is the only one still available in gallon cans. I've talked to a lot of people who use the product and they have been told the same.

I am thankful to have found the S-W commercial branch that I mentioned that will pour off 1 gallon of DRE and ship it to me.  This must be the only situation when the 1 gallon sales number for DRE is used.  Another branch that looked up the 1 gallon DRE sales number for me said that the price and availability fields were blank.

I wonder who uses a drum of Kem Aqua Plus Clear Black. Maybe a piano factory?

It is my understanding that Kem Aqua Plus is manufactured at a Sherwin-Williams "Product Finishes Facility" and is usually sold by the 5 gallons.  $87.50 is what my local store charges for one gallon but after the first gallon the price drops to $50

FYI...There's a SW dealer in Dunwoody, not too far from Peachtree Corners.  Did you try the Dunwoody location to see if they would supply smaller batches?
