Boy, that brings back memories. Those used to be pretty common. Way back when (1970s) I did some highway surveying with one. Been a looooong time since I saw anything with 4 leveling screws. Most instruments went to tribrachs (the 3-screw mounting plates) that were much easier and faster to level. Then, the total station machines moved in, and now, most surveying is done with GPS units.
