Lacking a table saw I used my TS55 for all of the cutting and DTS 400 for all of the sanding. The routing was done with a old Ryobi router, soon to be replaced with 1400EQ router. I designed it in Sketch-up and then built templates for the ends and shelf spacing to get the angle right. It was designed to fit into a specific area, so the dimensioning was important.
The wood I used is Aspen with a clear poly. Aspen is soft, but I love the light color of it and with about 4 coats of poly does harden up a bit.
Glad you liked it, it was fun to design and build.
