That one door would have to suck every time you opened it and it smacked into that beam/bulkhead.

I dig the color, style and use of storage space, nice job.

Lee,

Congrats on the pictures  [thumbs up]

Beautiful work!  [thumbs up] [thumbs up]

Did you do it all or just the built-in?

Peter

the door only opens a little past 90 degrees so its not so bad i later joined the doors together aswell

i did all of it but the dresser style bulit in and the mantle over the cooker are my fave

thanks guys ive seen alot of your work and wanted to start sharing my own

That's a good thing, I could just see me swinging it open and destroying something.

The wall behind the sink now needs something.

Sweet job!

Lee, did you build or just install? Either way great looking projects.  [thumbs up]

You aren't kidding. My vote is for a good looking tile backsplash all the way up the wall.

i built all the cabinetry, most of it on site but i cant take credit for the doors they were made to order i did however make all the panels and the mantle over the cooker was also built on site

thanks alot guys

Built on site?! [eek]  People still do that?  ;D

Seriously, great work!  Really love the mantle.

yeah even in the uk there are a few people who still want bespoke items and to be honest i love what i do especially when you see the look on a clients face it makes your day

oh by the way i have a job i finished recently that also had a custom mantle when the photographer goes round and send me the pics i will post them

Lee,

stunning job.  I like the 4" up stand at the sink.  What sheet material did you use for the cabinets.  Did you do the painting as well.  I presume it was done in situ with a small roller ?

Nice pics.  Do you have a pro photographer follow you  [big grin]

Look forward to seeing more pics,

Woodguy.

i did a small amount of painting as its not my strong point the cabinets are 18mm mfc (melamine faced chipboard) like i said the doors were made to order from another source the end panels were 18 mdf with an oak veneer then v grooved and sprayed by me same as mantle parts and the open unit on the dresser
thanks for your comments now ive had help posting photos i look forward to sharing more of my work

Very nice! I don't know if I could tackle that as a on side build. Very impressive.
How long to do work on this project?

the spraying wasn't  done on site it took 16 days for the kitchen and 5 days for the dresser but alot of stuff was made prior to delivery of goods to site and staring the job

I think an HDTV in a false window frame  with a morning  (sunrise through 10:00 am)  and evening  (4:00 pm through sunset)  screen saver  [big grin]
