In my house I have a kitchen walk in pantry. The face of the pantry is two 3' doors. The inside is lined with that cheap wire mesh crap. I would like to upgrade to good selving and have get creative with fold out floor to ceiling organization maybee connected via piano hinge or on slides and heavy duty pivots make out of good ply(maximize the space). I've even considered some type of sliding shelving like oyu see in DR's offices that they keep patient records in. Anyway looked for plans all over the net no luck. Any you guys done this type of work have suggestions or locations for heavy duty slides/hinges that could support the weight of ply and food and be able to smoothly be moved?
