All depends on the style of door and drawer you are considering. You might want to post an example of the kinds of cabinets you are considering including the style.
At a minimum, you might need a plywood bit if you are going to dado the top/bottoms into the sides of the base and wall cabinets. That might be 3/4 or a similar sized plywood bit to match your plywood thickness.
You'll need a rabbeting bit to inset the glass rabbet, bearing guided.
You'll need a 1/4 or 5mm straight bit for the top cabinet backs - assuming you do 1/4 or 5mm backs with a french cleat type of hanger inset to support the top cabinets. Same for the bottoms of the drawers.
You might need a dovetail bit or two and dovetail guide to make the drawers.
You may need a rail and stile bit set depending on the style of door you end up doing. There are a broad range of those available with various profiles. Typically they are 1/2" shank and you'll need a router table to make the rail cuts and the ends for the stile cuts with a reversed cutter.
You might want a round-over bit or two for the drawer front and the edges of the doors, again depending on the style of door you are considering. You might opt for an ogee bit of sorts if you want something more traditional than modern.
Attached PDF from Fine Woodworking might give you some ideas on glass door profiles... and the requisite bits required.
Good luck!
