If you look, the ones that are sold were at £53. It's common for eBay sellers to bump the price up when something is out of stock rather than end the listing and incur associated fees. If anyone is stupid enough to buy one at £530, they can source it from somewhere else and make a *very* tidy profit.

Just checked Workshop Heaven website. 
They do indeed show 'out of stock' for that saw. 

Thanks for explaining why some eBay prices can be so high.
