Knob on vac?

Hi,

   What does the extra knob (with numbers) on the front of the CTs do? It is in pics in the catalog so I am guessing it is only on the Euro versions?  It does not appear in pics of the air sander set up.

Yes, this catalog has a lot European model pictures. It looks like CTM-22 or not fully assembled CT with air unit. Just ignore it and consider it as a paper defect.  ;)
 
I believe it is for the CTM model, which conforms to stricter health and safety standards in Europe and is therefore able to be used in industrial workshops for MDF etc.  From memory it is to do with a warning to tell you when suction has been reduced.  They also make a range of vacuums for hazardous materials like asbestos (again not exported to the US)  I was led to believe that the filters and bags on the CTL models are just as efficient and therefore the results are as good.
