Here's what I did

Sustainer from Lee Valley along with foam and green bin inserts
Blue handle and catch from Woodcraft

Brilliant effort, very nice.  I feel that type of pick a pluck foam often gets overlooked, looks great though.

No screws, but I got the clamps in there. The extension wings are stacked. The bits and odds and ends are in them. You could store screws in them.

Need to redo mine with Kaizen foam. The clamp and bits are a bit of an afterthought right now.

I just removed a few screw trays from a sys1 box (the one with multi coloured boxes). Then my Kreg set & screws fitted easily

Here's my Kreg systainer! I also have my drilling jig for cabinet knobs &  pulls in the same sys.

My Systainer. Screws are in a McFeelys storage box under the jig and clamps.  Sys 2 that I'm about to swap lids with the Sys-MFT so I can mount the K5 jig to the top when needed.    [ See my post at talkFestool for the lid swap of the SYS-MFT Lid. Works great for fast mounting of the Kreg Jig to it]  I used brass threaded inserts in the MFT top to hold small screws/bolts with mounting the Jig. This way the inserts are just installed below the surface of the MFT and don't get in the way of using the top for other projects/usage.

Hi All, What size systainer are you using #1, #2 or #3. Will one work better than the others

I have mine in a sys2.  It allows me to stand up the k5 jig inside the systainer leaving a little more space compared to if it was laying on its side

This is awesome idea!!  Which is more Bermudian for space, to lay down on its side or Leave sitting up?

Cheers

I have the simple little 2 hole kreg jig. Took 2 of the mini-systainers, one with the 6 bin tray. I've got the jig in one and 5 types of screws in the other plus some wood screws for mounting things on my lathe (no, not related, but it fit).

I'll post pictures tomorrow, but its really simple, a little more compact than the screw kit plus jig, and a LOT more convenient.

My version

EDIT> Rotated pictures
