Larger Centrotec Installers Kit In Canada

Hi guys,

I am looking for one of the larger Festool kits, like this one from Ax:https://www.axminstertools.com/us/f...30e8bf9db&glCountry=US&=&=&=&=&glCurrency=USD

I am in Canada though and can't seem to get my hands on one. Anybody got one of these or know if Festool plans to bring these big kits to North America?

They don't ship Festool per their dealer agreement.

Used to, but then folks shot themselves in the foot by posting openly on the interweb about how to save money and get cheap festools and the conduit was shut down.  [sad]

I received a nice Japanese saw set from Axminster.  Quite affordable.

I’ve come to the realization that you are better off making your own kit with a file, grinder, and drill press. There are so many hex accessories out there that you will never see in a Centrotec version. An added bonus is that then your kit works in both Centrotec and standard hex chucks.

Yes Axminster exports all over the world, EXCEPT.........................................brands they aren't allowed to because their dealer agreement stipulates they cannot sell outside their territory.

Like Festool !

Waste your time if you want to though - their answer will be the same as mine.  :

p.s.  if you do happen to find a place that exports to the USA -  DON'T GO BLABBING about it in a public forum !
