Remember those clear organizer boxes for inside the MedTainers that I only had 36 of? Well, with some considerable detective work I managed to find another dozen, so we now have one for every MedTainer ordered! Here they are, all stacked up and ready to receive supplies when they come in:

Astute observers (or those with too much time on their hands) might have noticed that there is one missing from the stack on the right? That was my prototype, and is still ready  but just not in this picture.

As you can tell, I am trying to pay close attention to details and get it JUST right, similar to what Peter did on the FOGtainers. He set the bar pretty high...but I'm doing what I can to match his efforts and excellence.

This week's teaser doesn't have any pictures - sorry.

I've been spending HOURS securing pricing, deliveries, etc. for the contents. But the big update is that I should see the systainers themselves sometime between May 6 and May 9. When I get them I will, of course, post pictures. I may even - for a few days - have more Systainers in my shop than Seth!!!

In the meantime I am also finalizing ( I think ) having them printed/screened so there isn't a sticker to deal with. There are still a couple of hurdles that could end up squashing those plans, but right now I'm feeling fairly confident that they can be overcome.

This is a great idea!
I´ve been pretty much free from injuries in my workshop until I got my First Aid Kit... Glad I had it though. I can verify this much, that the systainers are blood proof and easy to clean  [crying]

OUCH!!!

That second picture looks like it might be in a clinic - did your wound require stitches? How are you doing?

Yeah thanks, I´m ok, now... My thumb came in contact with my tablesaw blade so it looked kinda messy afterwards (both the thumb and the shop)  [sad]

This week's teaser PICTURE is one you've seen before, but be sure to read what's below it. I did a google search on Tanos Systainer Ship and look at what came upon the first page of results:

Yes, our very own Mini-Trauma Systainer Kit! I thought it was pretty cool...

The image I was actually looking for was the one with all the T-LOC systainers on the deck of the cargo ship, which I couldn't quickly find. I was going to use it to let you know that:

The ship is in!!!

In case that good news is too much to handle, here's the information I've received so far which will temper your elation:

"Bad news.  The Tanos container is on a “CET EXAM” in New York.  This means that customs wants to open the container for a look.  It could release by tomorrow or it could be next week.  We are pushing the trucker and exam site but at this point we are at the mercy of US Customs."

Even if it doesn't get released until next week I should still be on track to ship them by the end of May, as originally promised. If they are delayed longer than a week the ship date could slip - but let's fall off that bridge when we come to it.
