LAST CALL for First Aid Systainer Orders and Payment

Maybe elevate you feet with a couple systainers. Of course consult your doctor first.

Hey, there's an idea:

If I can get the Doc to write a prescription, I could get them paid for by insurance! Hmmm....

I'm glad you're feeling better wow, I'm also glad I don't have the same trouble with my feet.

However my feet and hands have been super itchy lately, I think I have dyshidrotic eczema but I don't know for sure. I went to the doctors 3 times last year, I was only given anti-bacterial cream, hydrocortisone and lots of prednisone (steroids). Then they said they would refer me to an allergist and that I would get a call in 4 days... About a year later I got an envelope in the mail from an Allergist and I didn't even open it, I just ripped it up and threw it in the garbage out of spite. I'm still suffering though, I am just fed up with our Canadian Medical System. I would likely opt for private medical insurance if it was an option.

But I guess next week I'll visit the doctors office again and get no help, get loaded up with steroids and lied to about when an allergist will get in contact with me.

Got my kit a few weeks ago, looks great. Last week I put a 25mm gouge into my hand, you know the kind where the real deep red blood flows, dang left the first aid kit in the RV, had to use my old one. Wow, How come so many get cut up AFTER they receive this kit? [scared]. Wish I had it then. Oh well will in the future. Thanks. Get better my friend.

There are a couple of people that I owe kits to, and one that purchased something from me via the classifieds. Needless to say, those haven't shipped yet.... but I'll do everything I can to get them out this week anyway.

Any update? Much appreciated.

Samo:

I did not receive your shipping information, so I don't know where to send it? I emailed you a couple of weeks ago asking for the info, but had not heard back from you until now.

Please PM me your shipping info and I'll get your kit out to you ASAP.

Thanks Wow,

PM sent, also should be with the PayPal invoice.

Please message me if you need anything further.

Regards, Sam  [big grin]

Unfortunately PayPal does not provide your address info with a 'gift' payment. I checked that first, of course.

I've got it now, though, so I'll get your kit out next week.

Thank You!

I remember July Fourth was the day we PM'd the deal.

Thanks for putting this together and if you haven't already thought of it, may I suggest a new kit with a quality Automated External Defibrillator in a Systainer?

Regards, Sam

That would be sweet, wouldn't it? Unfortunately, they are still too expensive to be practical for an individual.

I'll agree that they're a little too expensive for most people to just have one around, but an AED isn't amazingly expensive.  It's less than a Kapex, after all, lol.

Haven't bought one myself, but a friend's company picked up four of the Phillips HeartStart business ready kits.  If memory serves me right, she said they retailed a little over $1200 per unit but they had some deal through their insurance carrier that reimbursed them or gave them a discount that basically worked out to buy one get one free.

I agree that $500-$600 for a unit is a reasonable price for an individual. If I could find them for that price I'd offer them here as a service to the FOG because I know how valuable they can be.

But so far, I can't get below the $1,000 point for one.

I am new to the Festool Group so I apologize if I send this the wrong way. I like to order a first aid sustainer. Pricing of about $250.00 is fine with me. Please let me know how to go about this. Thank you Frank.

Good evening,
Is their anyway I could purchase an empty first aid systainer, I am a fire fighter paramedic with the city of Fort Lauderdale in Florida, and a festool owner and would like one for my car to put my paramedic supplies in.

Thank you in anticipation

Furst, [welcome] to the FOG!

The systainer is not available by itself, but I will send you a PM and see if we can work something out...
