What's up with Leigh Tools?
Every item on their website is noted "Out of Stock". Both Lee Valley and Amazon are reporting item unavailable. I was able to order the part I needed from Rockler but I have not received a shipping date. However, the item I ordered was noted as in stock.
This is worrisome as Leigh outlasted Akeda and Festool NA left the field. Leigh has forged ahead with some remarkable innovations. Leigh, no doubt has a huge in-place inventory and you would expect lasting power. I hope this is only a sign of a temporary Covid response and not some sign they will fade and join Akeda.
I did call customer support but they are on Pacific time and no answer.
