Leigh VGS guide bushing with 2200

Hi all,

I am a newbie to this group and looking forward to use Leigh's VGS on my 2200, looking for an adapter for my 2200, any suggestion?

If you go to Leigh website, they have a chart with what guide bushing you'll need for your router. That's what I had to do with my OF1010 and it fits perfectly.

I'm not sure what you're planning on doing with the OF 2200, but if you're planning on doing dovetails with any of the Leigh jigs, you might want to re-think this.  The weight of the OF 2200 (18#) often causes some deflection of the guides.  You're better off using the OF 1010 which will do wonderfully.  YMMV...

Thanks for your advice, too bad I have already got one in my arsenal, with a Makita trimmer. 
What kind of defect will it cause and how, I need to be very careful to put them together, so please tell me.
