As title, I think the battery needs changing as I no longer have a display, looked on the back and it seems the cover has a warranty sticker on it, which would indicate its not a user servicable panel, but could not see any other obvious way to get to a battery.....
Does anyone here know how to do this? A quick google turned nothing up......

Thanks

They are rebranded Stabila levels. I can't find a manual in de Festool database. So I suggest looking at similar Stabila products.

Warranty is already over, so you could just remove the sticker.

Thanks, very helpful....the cover did not want to come off, as one of the batteries had leaked and stuck it in place...... I have cleaned it all up, and tried new batteries, but no joy with any working digital side of things.

Do you trhink a Stabila agent would service it?

Did you remove the oxide layer off the contacts?

Try lithium primary batteries in these applications. They last a lot longer and then do not leak like Alkaline batteries so often do.

I don't know if Stabila would service it. I have never needed parts or service from Stabila. You could always ask.
