Life 2.0

One can see her point of view but it's very un Australian of her.
Generations of people having been buying up beauty spots for years and turning them into small industrial estates. I think it's called the Australian dream.
Most of my neighbours seem to have sheds far bigger than their houses but according to my realestate agent it's not kitchens and bathrooms that sell houses here but sheds! Oh well choose your battles wisely and good luck with the land grab.

Sheds are the go! When I moved down to Tassie from Sydney 6 years ago, it was the 20x6 shed that sold me on the property I'm in. 3 phase power was just a bonus.
The view's not bad either  [smile]

Love it [big grin] [wink]

FWIW here's my Polaris with my local ATV and mower pusher Dave at the helm. We're just waiting on the half windscreen for it to be complete. I took it for a blast on the local grass patch ... scary fast!!! [eek] [scared]

We settled on the property yesterday so I no longer need to go to sleep each night with my fingers and toes crossed.

Some of the worst storms from the tail of Cyclone Debbie unleashed through the new place over the last week yet all of the drainage, dams and the house are still perfect!!!

My memory of the relief of the land must have become a little distorted since we initially inspected the place .. a lot of my thinking about workshop location, garages, etc will need to go back to the drawing board (in a good way) but it'll slow my goals down a bit.

I'll probably need to quickly erect a temporary shed so we can get out of the rental ASAP ... so it begins ... but maybe we'll just totter off to a nice little cafe for breakfast first [wink] [big grin]

Yes [member=13058]Kev[/member]  as you said, some breakfast and coffee first. This is now a time in life for slowing down a little.  [smile] Wish I could take my own advice!  [eek] [scared]

Hi kev

Glad it's all going ok

I'm a little disapointed in your Polaris choice. Do you have a program called diesel brothers

Now that is an ATV [attachimg=1]

That's awesome ... but I'd probably need a pit crew and a copilot for the trip to get the post and take out the garbage! [big grin]
