Hi there
New to the group

Have been searching for this for a while, so let try
I do a lot of woodwork on site and workshop about 70:30 split.
I use a lot of systainers and 2 tool carts (Timothy Wilmot plans)

My tools are stored in my systainers in the shop, but then I must load them by hand into the vehicle (time consuming - about 15 boxes)

I would like to built a system whereby I can load my carts into my vehicle (MB Vito)
I would appreciate any ideas, or stater ideas, however ridicilous,
Thanks

I have to assume the sys carts don’t work for you (SYS-RB) because with15 systainers youve have to know of them.
They’ve worked for me and use the least amount of room plus I can move a decent size stack easily
And…Welcome !

I have my stacks of systainers on roll boards (homemade), it definitely makes moving them around easier.

I do find systainers tend to have a lot of wasted space so if you can use this space more efficiently you can sometimes reduce the number of boxes that you carry around.

Thanks for the replies
The problem is not as much the amount or the size, it is the fact that I have to move my carts to the vehicle, unload then, load the carts ,then repack the systainers.
I want to preload my carts, move them to the vehicle and by some system load them as a whole.

Do you have a ramp? How many kg's are you willing to lift when going at 45 degrees angle? How high is your stack? The same stack height in Sys^3 usually is a lot lighter (because Sys^3 is king in wasting space) compared to same tools in Systainer T-Loc.

15 Systainers x 105 + feet = 1582mm. Default Vito is just shy of 1400 internal height? So two stacks.

I've been waiting a couple of years to see if the StackTech Advanced Transporter actually works in the real world, than adapt with some Tanos bases.
So far it still hasn't hit the market, might be easier just to buy an ex-ambulance stretcher at auction.

The Sys-cart works very well for this. You can pull it up against the car's bumper when standing in the vehicle, and lowering is even easier, just let it slide down.
I have done this for a long time with sys-sorts attached to it that hold my screws and plugs. So A pretty heavy stack, and had no problem doing this.
I have a high roof Ducato, so no problem standing up, I can imagine that it's a little less comfortable in a low roof Vito.
A ramp is off course the preferred way, but an extra step. If you need to load/unload multiple at a time, the ramp is a no brainer. But in a pinch, the lifting works great.
An airlinerail against the side and some straps, and you're all loaded up and secured in minutes.

SYS-ROLL ... SYS-CART/SYS-RB is the stuff OP uses now.

And yes, that is what first came to my mind .. though with 15 systainers it does not really scale before one can "compress" the stack a bit.
