I read that post to and will take full responsibility for his inability to return emails and PM's this morning. He kept looking a his phone while we were talking. I think he said he had 26 emails while we stood there and visited. Totally my fault, can't thank him enough for his time this morning.

Tim, I hope that didn't come across the wrong way. I very much enjoyed the time with you. With all of the new tools coming out soon and the announcement of the reconditioned tool program (and some other things going on behind the scenes), I've been swamped with requests from dealers and customers alike. It was definitely a refreshing break from the grind to spend that time with you and your family.

I just think those other guys are jealous that you got to fondle some new tools.  [scratch chin] [popcorn]
