Hi everyone,

I think this is where I'm supposed to be. I'm looking for a good used TS 55 EQ that someone would like to part with. I'm watching my budget too.  I'm from Southern Vermont but would be willing to drive a fair distance. I'm new to Festool products but like what I see so far. I've also been visiting this site for a while and like what I've seen.
If I've done something contrary to the forum rules just let me know.

Thanks,
Eddy Wilson

Yes, I think you are in the right section for inquiring about tools for sale.

Hello Eddy and welcome to FOG.

You might want to look at the economics here-- if you're driving a 200-mile round trip in a pickup, you could very well spend more than 50 USD getting your saw.

I don't know how much you'd save buying a TS 55 used.  Be sure you get the 1400 rail, it comes as standard equipment new.  And the Systainer.  If either piece is missing, the deal is no bargain.

If you buy it new, you get everything you should, it's unused, and the dealer will pay the shipping to you.

Well, thanks for the advice guys I did it... I bought a brandy new one tonight at my local dealer. The manager was great even stayed open late to talk about it. But guys when does the price stinging stop? lol. No seriously thank you for the welcome and for the advice  ;D ;D ;D

Well the price stinging will not stop because you are going to buy a sander and CT dust collector and then probably a router or two. You may not think so now, but you will! You better be careful it is addictive!

Eddy,

I'll gues that within two weeks of using your new Festool, you will be scheming with your self on how to get the next one. :)

And on....

And on...

You get the idea :D

Enjoy!

Three letters, Eddy: MFT

The stinging stops, but the cash flow only gets worse...
