Lower Kapex 120 price..... £930 including VAT & Delivery

In respect of Powertool-Supplies, I order a TS55R off them.  When I collected it from FEDEX (the courier) the rail had been run-over with a forklift truck, or similar, not once but twice.  It was completely trashed.  I sent Powertool-Supplies an email about 4 pm yesterday afternoon, at 4.50 pm a representative of theirs telephoned me. It was all sorted out in a matter of minutes with no fuss whatsoever.  At 10 am this morning I had a new rail in my hand.  You can't fault this level of service and I'm happy to give a 'thumbs-up' for them.

Thanks

Troll

P.S. I've absolutely no connection with this company whatsoever.

I agree with Troll. Their customer service is excellent. I have bought more than £2k worth of Festool products from them during the past 8 months and they have been faultless. I also have no affiliation.

I see buyi g the kapex and ug set seperate is cheaper than buying the set

Kapex is £930 ug set is £414.10 total of £1344.10
Kapex ug set £1405

£60.90 cheaper to get separate as Dean said

Thank you for the great feedback, we want to provide good customer service along with cheap prices.

A valid point on buying the set separate, the reason this happens is that machines have a different discount structure from Festool than accessories.
If you buy them from as a complete unit under the one part number it only gets the machine discount, if bought separate the machine gets one discount and the UG set gets the higher accessory discount, hence making it cheaper overall.

Any questions feel free to ask.

And sorry no free UG stands  [smile] but always worth asking!

Hard to say exactly, we can offer the price at the moment because we bought 15 machines in, 3 have sold since yesterday.

But if the go well then we will no doubt repeat the offer, our goal is to always keep the prices low to you guys.

Hi there,

new to this forum, but have been lurking for a while. Anyway, the reason for this first post, I have always purchased my Festool from what I call the "big boys" e.g. Axminster.DM Tools etc etc.

On looking on the net for prices, I come across N&B and was impressed by there prices, but was weary of dealing with them. On reading this thread and seeing people singing their praises, I thought I would give them a chance.
I had a couple of questions that needed answering, so gave them a call, what a fantastic response.

I spent 15 minutes talking and having explained too me the differences of what I was asking for (and no order placed at this stage) and thought this guy has taken the time to tell me his thoughts and offer his advice, and I could have gone away and ordered it elsewhere.

So on the strength of this, I purchased my goods. They turned up today as promised, and I thought it was only right to add my praises to N&B.

I would not hesitate to use them again, and if anyone else is looking at their website and are weary as I was, don't be.

First class advice, service and delivery.

I have no affiliation with this company

Thank you N&B.

Better than first class in my opinion.

Charlie and the team at Nuts and Bolts are awesome. Not only are the prices almost always the cheapest available, the service you receive is absolutely superb. The web site and ordering process work really well, with emailed PDF invoices and all the information you could ever need. If something isn't kept in stock, you'll get an almost immediate call or email advising on availability (generally when something needs to be shipped to the UK from Festool Germany).

I've spent several thousand pounds this year with Nuts and Bolts and they continue to be my go to supplier for everything Festool.

Can't recommend them highly enough.
