I️ know this was likely not invented here but it works so damn well I️ decided I’d show it off.
I️ chose not to machine system holes in my shop shelves mostly because I️ forgot on the first assembly until it was on the wall. Once in place, I️ realized my mistake and decided that the damn LR32 wouldn’t define me so I️ built a jig with two pieces of scrap, some CA glue, and 6 narrow crown staples. Center hole fits those plunge style dowel bits which didn’t work because the hole itself prevented the chips from evacuating. I️ tried again by drilling the other four use with a Brad point bit. Then I️ cut spacer blocs for each size systainer (like I️ do for drawer slides) and went to town.
Plans are available on my site (joke)
