Line boring the 35 mm cup on doors that are not the exact height of the side panel poses a setup issue. My cabinet doors have a 3mm reveal at the top which makes them shorter than the sides. How do you set up the lr32 stops since you are locked into the end stops?

I made some 1.5mm shims from UHMW plastic to ensure accurate placement when using the end stops.

yep I have used a shim or packer before but have found it is actually quicker to set the router up with an edge fence and measure and mark your doors with a pencil line and plunge the 35mm cutter like that.
