LR32 price

Has the LR32 dropped in price recently?  I swore I saw the kit for 599 at a few stores but on festool a page it says 299.99

Could it be the half set: Without the bits, clamps and systainer?

I didn’t realize they had 2 sets.  I don’t need the sustainer or clamps but would need the bit.

There are three sets.  Third one is just the plate and centering mandrel.
