I have been having problems with cabinet sides that I am making. Although I have been rigorous about crosscutting to appropriate mod 32mm length I have found that my lr32/holely rail stop rod gap is at times too narrow to fit the panel. This morning I went out to re-engage the struggle and much to my surprise the set up fit all of my side panels perfectly! The only variable I can ascertain is the temperature of the holey rail & stop rod. Usually I'm working in the afternoon when things are warm. It was cold this morning. Has anyone else experienced this phenomenon?
