Hi Everyone

I have recently completed a project to build some plain frame doors (the sort that you might find in the modern kitchen). I use a nifty (but very simple) jig to make the joints - very quick and easy. There is a separate video about the jig.

Thank you for the video.  It is always nice to see how other people get "it" done.
 
Another great, helpful video Peter!  For practice sake, I will use this technique for some of my basement built in doors and ill make some raised panels as well. I have to learn somehow!  Thank you again.

Hi Brian

I will be doing raised panel doors in 2-3 months time and don't think that I can bring it forward I am afraid. I have raised panel cupboard doors in our bathroom and elsewhere - they are all made from ordinary MDF which has been painted and look pretty good. They are certainly cheap and have taken next to no time to make. If you use MDF then use glue to secure the panel as it helps to keep the whole structure sound and use the type of hinge that you see on modern kitchen cupboards - mine are made by Blum.
