Hi all,
A box made from figured Makore and some Peruvian Walnut I had lying around.
Box is approx 330 x 220 x 170 mm.
Finger joints courtesy of the Leigh Finger joint jig, using a CMT 1/4" spiral upcut and an OF2000 router.
Top panels are dominoed together.
Base board is New Guinea Rosewood.
Sanding and sealing: RO150, ETS150 and DTS400.
Still to be waxed and buffed. Lid also still to be hinged.

Regards,

Rob

Rob,

The wood is beautiful but it's your artistry with the finger joints that really make the piece great.

Thanks.
