Marble Machine (music instrument using 2000 marbles)

Hello,

I don't know if this is posted before, but I have never seen it before.

Anyway this is a tremendous wooden music instrument using 2000 marbles, lego en some other stuff. Apart from understanding music instruments and being able to compose music. You have to be a technical woodworker who can really think out of the box.

What a very cool music machine. If you think of all the imagination needed just to figure this all out, and then turn it into a working apparatus. Very ingenious. Thanks for sharing the video.

That is awesome!  I showed both my 8 year old son and my 6 year old daughter at bedtime and they thought it was really, really, REALLY cool!  My daughter said she is going to buy it from them after the tour... "I will even give them like... 100 dollars for it.  I have to have that, it sounds like a big music box, daddy can you build a ballerina to go on top of it?"

Matthias has a couple videos and information about the marble machines he built. They are much smaller but fun just the same and would make great gifts as long as you send a pair of earplugs along for each parent.
