Marcia using a Kapex?!

Caught The HGTV series "A Very Brady Renovation" wherein HGTV purchased the iconic Brady Bunch home for 3.5m for the purpose of renovating to exact detail the home's interior to mirror the 70's TV set at Paramount.  1.6m over asking! The home was used only for outside shots and in fact was nothing like the interior set.  It's a huge renovation involving adding a 2nd floor without detracting from the original front facade.
Anyhow, On Episode 1, I was surprised to see Marcia operating a Kapex under the supervision of Jonathan Scott from "The Property Brothers".  It really is "always Macia...Marcia...Marcia."  Who knew?

It's funny, she was running the saw and there was the sound of wood cutting but you never saw the cut.  Hollywood.  They were working on making mockup treads for that iconic main stairway.
The whole cast was there and most of them boasted they had renovation experience. I saw something elsewhere on Bobby Brady.  He owns and operates his own concrete countertop/ outdoor planter business.
