Okay, I've tried to think of *every* way I could justify this to SWMBO, use frequent flier miles to zip out there, U-Haul it back, blah blah....  Can't do it.... can't do it... must not do it...

So, here it is.  Festool lover's dream, AND a good router table and shload of clamps to boot.  He even will take a credit card.

He has a barrel handle and a d handle Trion.  Not the weirdest thing to happen.

The saddest thing is that many of us, including me, have many if not all of those tools on his list.  How sick is that?

I live 10 miles from Des Moines I and another contractor have emailed this guy twice since he first listed it on Thursday. Ironically no response. [mad]
 
my wife told me i could get it if we had room on one of our credit cards. this is one hell of a deal. i too have given much contemplation over this the other day. oh well. some lucky sob will have fun w/ this...
 
Does anybody else find it kind of odd that he has all of those tools, especially the sanders, and he has no dust extractor(s)? Or an MFT.

I was thinking about that the last couple of days, actually.  Stand alone, they're still very usable, but you'd think there'd be 2-3 CTs and at least one MFT. 
Who knows.

Now THAT is funny......

Has anyone talked to this guy?  It seems like a potential scam... but I don't want to cast aspersions without facts.
