Maxi Systainers

Hi,

        Did / does  Festool sell a tool in a Maxi systainer?   If not I think it is odd that they offer it empty in NA.  They sell the minis in NA and I have notices that some bit/blade sets come in them in Europe.

Looks to me like the NAINA Planex sander comes in a Maxi.  There may be others.

I don't know of anything sold in NA that comes in a Maxi.

There are actually two Maxis:  the 590x390x210mm high one we get in NA and an otherwise identical 157.5mm-high Maxi 2 that we don't.

The shallow Maxi 2 seems like it would be ideal for a Sawzall or small rotohammer, but I haven't actually seen one.

The belt sander comes in a maxi over here. It's the right size for a framing gun, or some small bar clamps.

I use mine to carry either two framers or a 9" grinder.
