It is made from standard components of Bosch-Rexroth aluminum framing. Festool factory is equipped with their storage, workstation and conveyor stuff. You can buy it (extrusions and hardware) online by length or precut to your specs. It will end up much cheaper.

Yep. They have these racks on wheels at IKEA food court where you return dirty dishes.

Well at least you guys in NA could occupy 3 shelves with router modules with OF1010, OF1400 and OF 2200 ... oh, hang on a sec, you can't put your OF2200 in a router module [scared] [wink]

If you look carefully, there's a shelf very near the bottom too. $819 divided by 5 is $163.80.

When others accuse Festool owners of having more money than sense one can just laugh at them.......most of the time. In this case, Id imagine its kinda hard to defend that pricing.
